Studio A ($50 per hour) Accommodates 125 people with tables and chairs
Renter can set up during open business hours at no extra charge. The renter can request the Preble County Art Association (PCAA) to set up and take down tables and chairs for an additional $50.
Available tables: Fourteen - 8 footers and two - 6 footers.

Hiestand Gallery ($40 per hour) Accommodates 10 people with tables and chairs
This room is available only if Studio A is in use. No food is to be served or eaten in this room.

Classroom ($35 per hour) Accommodates max of 32 people with tables and chairs
This is a colorful classroom space, perfect for children's parties, small informal meetings and casual get togethers. Conveniently located close to the Kitchenette. Food may be served or eaten in this room.

A $35 security deposit is required to reserve the date for your event. Deposit is refunded provided no damage has been incurred and premises are left clean. Lessee agrees to pay for any repairs for damages to the premises. Cancellation must be received 7 days before scheduled event for a refund of deposit. Rental must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
